Starting as BaliBrezee, Growing into PT Bali Aruna Vastara Invest.

Since 2018, we have been operating in the Bali property market through the BaliBrezee brand, known as a property agent, villa manager, and project development partner. At that time, we operated under the legal name of PT Bali Terra Nusa and successfully built a reputation for professional service and strong relationships with clients and investors.

Entering a phase of growth and scale-up, in 2025, we established a new legal entity: PT Bali Aruna Vastara Invest, which encompasses all business units and opens up space for broader and more sustainable collaboration. Currently, PT Bali Aruna Vastara Invest manages two main brands with integrated services in the property and design sectors.
